Our Account Management team is a seasoned group of professionals who have come up through the call center business either with USA 800 or within a specific industry call center environment.
Each Account Manager’s job is to learn your business, your products and services, your customers, but most importantly, your program with USA 800. It’s your Account Manager who understands your needs, knows what you want to achieve and works with our team to make that happen. Specifically, your Account Manager is the individual that directs the implementation team, communicates your expectations to all team members and ensures steps to success so that goals are accomplished.
Your Account Manager is also responsible for coordinating regular business reviews, both internally and with our clients, to review performance and provide feedback. Whatever your need - whether it be a progress report, data access, a billing question, or personnel issue, your single point of contact is your Account Manager.
